ROWENA LESLIE

Rowena is the director of operations, business development and legal at Kai Rho Contracting. She has a Bachelor in Law and Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Rowena has experience working in the energy & resources sector in law firms and in corporate governance management for Mining & Civil contractors. She has worked in family businesses for several years, especially working as a contractor to the mining industry.

KATRINA STUBBS

Katrina is the director of finance and human resources with a diploma in Business Management and Human Resources. Her extensive knowledge and experience in business management has broadened her networks throughout the region.

Katrina has worked for family businesses in the accounting and human resource departments. She used her expertise in the medical sector, commercial suppliers industry and professional trades industry. However, most of her experience comes from working in the mining industry and her local knowledge in this field is her speciality.

RYAN STUBBS

As a Project Manager, Ryan oversees the day-to-day running of Kai Rho’s works including management of personnel and machinery, R&M management, upskilling and training of all onsite staff and daily interactions to support customer needs and confidence in the smooth running of projects. Ryan is also an auto-electrician with experience as a field serviceman in this trade, an important value-adding skillset which gives his role a multi-disciplinary edge in a competitive field. In his role as Kai Rho’s site supervisor, he is responsible for site safety and reporting requirements and takes pride in maintaining excellent client relationships.
